- The campus-wide expression of prayer across Alabama, and Black Colleges across America.
- The global expression of the Prayer, Justice, and Mission movement in this generation.

Intimacy with Jesus through unbroken worship and corporate prayer.
Involvement in the justice, righteousness, and truth of his Kingdom as embodied in the value system of the Sermon on the Mount.
Urgency because coming global shakings and cultural shifts will catch many unprepared for Jesus' return if we do not preach fully the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.
It is our conviction as a community that it would be unwise to live without discerning our times. We believe the time is urgent to prepare our children, our city, and the nations of the Earth to see the God-Man Jesus as He takes up His rightful leadership of Heaven and Earth.
Watching and praying for Jesus' return is not a passive or unfruitful activity. We believe growing in our love and understanding of His heart by becoming more passionate lovers of His Word through corporate Worship and Prayer is what will fuel spiritual revival and cultural transformation in the years ahead. Nor should those who long for His return disengage from seeking transformation in our families, communities, campuses, and global generation. Now is the time to press in for Birmingham, Alabama, to become the transformed City of Refuge and the Wellspring of Justice and Healing that She was always meant to be to the glory of God.
Therefore Kingdom Forerunners exists to:
"Prepare our Generation for the Leadership of Jesus by calling them to Watch and Pray, Work for Justice, and Preach the Kingdom."
